What Is A 9,9 Executive?
We call it the 9,9 executive or the 9,9 life. Just what is this all about?
In reality, ‘9,9’ could be 10,10, or 100,100 – the actual number is discretionary, but the importance lies in the balance it suggests. We associate the 9,9 executive with true leaders who are active and vibrant, who have earned the trust and respect of their employees and peers, fosters great morale, leads by example, makes decisions based on timeless principles and ethics, and can provide measurable, progressive value.
The 9,9 Executive is a highly regarded leader, trusted to consistently do the right thing. This is a person with presence, character, and resolve. This is the leader who we all want at the helm of our company – one who can build real, tangible value that will deliver back on our investment of time and hard work.
What About Other Executives
Contrast this with the 5,5 Executive. This executive does well, and works to motivate their team, but in reality, their leadership style and confidence are still emerging. This executive recognizes that they must lead by example; however, they are too ‘stuck in the weeds’ to communicate the long-term vision and growth path for the company.
