Our Vistage Groups

Vistage group members meet together privately and in small groups on a monthly basis, led by the group Chair. The close, confidential peer-to-peer environment enables CEOs, senior key executives, and small business owners to advance competitively, grow profits, and build stronger organizations. Together, they tackle leadership and business challenges, from hiring effectively and learning how to delegate to buying out a partner, training and retention.

BBG’s Phillip Thomas chairs three local Vistage leadership development groups in the greater Boston area including southern New Hampshire. These groups represent nearly 40 separate companies, thus providing a broad range of business perspectives and insight. Previously, he served as a senior executive for Vistage corporate, where he achieved record membership growth for Vistage regions within the Eastern U.S.

As the Group Chair, Phillip asks important questions, maintains an environment of action and accountability, and most importantly, builds a high level of trust in the group. Trust and respect are the actionable values that have enabled his groups to thrive over the years. Members feel confident openly sharing because they know they will be met with acceptance, respect, and confidentiality.
